This is a simple self locking and adjustable cord strap. Great upgrade for a top tube bag if no steerer space is available for the velcro strap or a replacement.

Included with our Bagel bag and it feeds through the head tube webbing rail of the Bagel bag, preventing the bag from swinging when riding. 

• Feed cord through rear webbing rail slot of bag
• Wrap cord around frame and loop the cord lock through the cord loop
• Press the cord lock and slide along cord until tensioned holding bag in place
